At Pearly Gates Pointers, we are passionate about raising and breeding high-quality AKC German Shorthaired Pointers. Located just outside of Knoxville, Tennessee, our central location makes it easy to connect with families and hunting enthusiasts across the Southeast and beyond.
With a deep appreciation for the breed’s intelligence, athleticism, and loyal temperament, we are committed to preserving the GSP’s versatility—whether as a driven field companion or a beloved family dog. Our breeding program focuses on health, temperament, and proven bloodlines, producing well-rounded pups that thrive in active homes and working environments.
We raise our puppies in a clean, hands-on indoor heated/air conditioned environment with early socialization and exposure to everyday experiences, setting the foundation for confident, well-adjusted dogs. Whether you're looking for your next hunting partner, performance prospect, or loyal friend, we take pride in helping you find the perfect fit.

Retirement has been well-deserved for our sweet girl, and she now enjoys a quieter life full of belly rubs, walks in the sunshine, and plenty of time with her family. Though she’s no longer a breeding dam, her impact on our program and the families that have welcomed her pups into their homes will always remain.
